Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable once approved
• If an application is rejected, the membership fee will be refunded
• Processing fees (₹125) are strictly non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued after membership activation

2. Event & Conference Registrations

• Event registration fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• If TASG cancels an event, a full refund will be provided
• If an event is rescheduled, registration may be transferred
• No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, users must notify TASG within 7 days. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Delays may occur depending on banking or payment gateway systems

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Approved and active memberships
• Processing or administrative fees
• Failure to attend registered events
• Incomplete or incorrect applications submitted by the user

6. TASG Rights

TASG reserves the right to review and decide refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by TASG in this regard shall be final.

7. Policy Updates

TASG may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
