Documents Required for Membership

  • Government/Private Hospital Employment Proof.
  • Medical Council Registration Certificate.
  • Relevant Degree Certificates.
  • Professional Experience Summary.
  • Valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport).
  • Passport-size photograph.

Membership Approval Process

  • Applications are reviewed by the Membership Sub-Committee.
  • Verification of professional qualification and supporting documents.
  • Processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks.
  • Upon approval, members receive their TASG Membership Number.
  • Members can then access the portal dashboard and benefits.

  • Incomplete applications may be delayed or kept pending until completed.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable after approval.
